Mulasa users as authorized by you or your use of our Services, if you buy an item the seller may view your email address and request and obtain your contact information, including phone number or email and postal address to help complete the transaction

This Policy only covers employees of Mulasa; this describes our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information, this is only for Mulasa use. We reserve the right to modify this Policy We does not share your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes. By using our Services and/or registering for an account with us, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Notice and our User Agreement, and consenting it We will not give personal information to advertisers;

• We do not tolerate spam;
• We do not tolerate harassment or abuse 
• We do not tolerate any conduct , or racial comment 
•You may occasionally be notified by email of announcements from Mulasa you may opt out of these announcements at any time.
Any person that uses our services are contracting with Mulasa, in Florida , USA , Mulasa is your data controller. We may store and process your personal information on our computers in the USA and elsewhere in the world where our data centers are located.

Personal Information
"Personal information" is information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data or from that data and other information that eBay has or is likely to have access to. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used, whether in combination with other information or otherwise, to identify a specific person.

It is our policy to never willfully disclose any personal information about our Members to the general public without their consent. Mulasa collects information from you when you register and conduct certain activities on the Site. We collect your full name, valid telephone number, contact/billing information, email address, and shipping address. Each Member must create a unique user id and password. We also provide you the opportunity to create a profile on the Site, which, depending on your preferences can be public or private. Please note that any information in your profile of the Site can be viewed and used by other members of the Mulasa to send you unsolicited messages.

-We are not responsible for the personal information users' elect to disclose in public forums and we encourage you to use discretion. 
-We collect personal information from you and the devices (including mobile devices) you use to access or use our Services.  Categories of personal information we collect include, but are not limited to personal information you give us when you use our Services

Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.

How is my information used?
We use the personal information we collect TO operate, improve and personalize our Services, offerings, customize our Site's content and layout, and for marketing and statistical effort, to contact you about your account or our Services, provide you customer service, customize our advertising and marketing, and to detect, prevent and mitigate fraudulent or illegal activities.

Personal information you give us when you use our Services

Who will see my personal information?
Our priority is to keep your personal information private and confidential. We will not willfully disclose your personal information to third parties. And we will not rent or sell your personal information to anyone. However, certain personal information will be made to others in the process of using our Site. This includes:

-Other visitors to our Site may view your user ID, rating, city, profile , multiples fields and other items you have for sale;
-In order to complete the transaction, the buyer and seller are provided with each other’s email and postal address 
-When make a purchasing the seller can view your user ID, rating and your city.
-When you provide personal information to a buyer or seller on our Site Mulasa, we have no control over how that information is used by that individual. 


Mulasa will disclose your personal information to others under the following circumstances:
-You consent to share the information; with your explicit consent.
-To law enforcement where a formal request has been made such as in responding to court orders or legal process;
-Your actions on our Site are, or appear to be, in violation of the Terms of Service and disclosure of this information will assist in efforts to enforce the Terms of Service;
-To our service providers we employ the services of a third party payment processor on the Site to fulfill payment when a purchase is executed. This third party isn't authorized to utilize your personal information for any other purposes. We also employ the services of a third party shipping agent.

Marketing and Advertising
-We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes
-We do not allow third parties to track or collect your personal information on our site for their own advertising purposes

We may amend this Privacy Notice at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. All amended terms automatically take effect 30 days after they are posted.  It is the user (Member) responsibility to check The Privacy notice and User agreement to see any material change.

Chats and Blogs
If you use a blog, or chat room on this website, you should be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other members of these forums, and can be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information that you choose to submit in these forums. To remove your personal information contact us , but maybe we not be able to remove your personal information.

Social Media Widgets
Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook , Twitter, my space, Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. I-Introductions
We designed and create a safe and fair place for all Mulasa members. Following our rules will avoid mistakes, understanding and complications, giving to everybody  the opportunity to work better a trusting environment in Mulasa

To Sell in Mulasa you should follow our rules, these rules are created for the members and Users of Mulasa making this place safer to Sell, Buy and place advertisements
Before you list an item, you should review and understand Mulasa rules because you (The sellers) are responsible for following them. If you don't, you may be subject to different actions, like limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
 

II-Prohibited and restricted items

Here is a partial list of goods, services, and content prohibited on Mulasa:
*- Any good, service, or content that violates the law or legal rights of others
*-Child pornography; bestiality; offers or solicitation of illegal prostitution
*-Cigarettes
*- False, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content; bait and switch; keyword spam
*-Firearms/guns and components
*- Governmental assistance,  Food stamps, WIC vouchers, WIC good or SNAP
*- Gunpowder, fireworks, explosives, ammunition, clips, cartridges, reloading materials, etc
*- Hazardous materials
*- Human Body parts/fluids
*-ID cards, licenses, police insignia, government documents, etc
*-Intellectual property, such as copyrighted material and trademarks
*-Ivory; endangered, imperiled and/or protected species and any parts thereof
*-Lottery or raffle tickets, sweepstakes entries
*-Personal, identifying, confidential or proprietary information
*-Pet sales (rehoming with small adoption fee is acceptable)

1-Item listings
-Duplicate listings for a single item
-Listings with no items
-Placeholder or blank listings
-We don't allow links to non-Mulasa site where  items are offered for sale
-Hateful, offensive, profane, or vulgar language isn't allowed, though there are a few exceptions.
-Offers to buy or sell outside of Mulasa (Please report any offer to buy or sell outside of Mulasa)
-Selling different brands of an item, such as shirts in a single listing
-Offering a choice between two entirely different items, such as a pant or shirt
-Selling items that aren't in similar condition, such as a new and a refurbished computer in thesame listing
- Email addresses, phone numbers and domain names in the title, subtitle, images, descriptions or any part of the Listing
-Putting items in the wrong category

-Before listing an Item in Beer, Liquor & Wine Category and Cigar category contact us to pre-approve your listing
 

V-Removed Listing

1-Why did Mulasa remove my listing?
-Because you made Violation in polices, rules, agreements
-You are selling prohibited Items
-Because you’re listing infringe on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right of others
-Other reason

NOTE:
-If your listing is removed, you will receive an email from us with explanation about it.  If you still have questions contact us.
-If was our error to removed you Item , then we contact you to explain the situation and you can realist it, but you have to do it from the beginning
-If you see another listing that you think violates our policies or the law, please contact us.

2- Will my fees be refunded if my listing is removed?
-We will not refunded any feed charged to you

3-Can I relist my item after had been removed?
-You can’t relist an Item after been removed; you can contact us to know what the situation in your case is. If you realist an item that has been removed could result in suspension from Mulasa.

VI-Rules for Sellers (Guide to Sell)
1-Create your own listing content
- Write your own descriptive text for your listing and take your own photos (Don't take text, photos,  images from other listings on Mulasa or other place without specific permission from the owner)

2-Use brand names correctly
- You can mention the brand name in your listing and include photos that you've taken of the item you're selling, but if you’re Item is not a brand name product then don’t say that it is or use the logo either
Example : If you are listing is a mirror to be use in a Chevrolet Car then don’t say Chevrolet Mirror , you should say Mirror fit in or compatible with  Chevrolet

3-Make sure the Listing is real and accurate.
-Making sure your listing is real and accurate because this will help the buyer know what product they are buying and the Rights owner will not claim about the false and  inaccurate about their brands avoid misunderstanding

4-Make sure that you have the Item in stock
-Listing items that you have in stock (Available) and the right amount

5-Make sure the Item is Legal for sale
-We don’t allowed listing with items that are not legal for sale in USA
,
6-Make sure the Item is not an Intellectual property
-It's your obligation and responsibility to investigate your source for the product and stand
  behind everything you sell.
-You can't list replicas, fakes, counterfeits, or other illegal copies on Mulasa. For example, you
  can't list items that bring the brand name or logo of a company that didn't manufacture or 
  authorize the product.

7-Sending an Item
-If a buyer doesn't pay within 2 days, a seller can open an unpaid item case
-The seller would not send the Item until the money for the sell is received in the seller account
-Receiving a E-mail from Mulasa that the Item sold doesn’t mean that you receive the money, check your payment gateway account to see if the money is there
Note:
-It's the seller's responsibility to make sure their items aren't infringing before listing them on Mulasa. If you're not sure whether your item is authentic, we encourage you to contact the intellectual property rights owner with any questions.
- We don't and can't review the items listed on Mulasa prior to posting on our site, nor are we experts in the products or legal concerns of third parties. We can't pre-approve items to be listed,

VII-Rules for Buyers

1-Purchase
-Buyer have to follow our policies, rules and agreements.
-Buyer is obligated to complete the purchase on time and send the full payment to the seller.
-If a buyer doesn't pay within 2 days, a seller can open an unpaid item case

2-Return an Item
-You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received, Included: (Original Packaging, accessories, manuals, gifts, etc). See return below

VIII-Payment Methods
 Mulasa offer different types of payment methods, after you log in, go to: my profile/shopping cart setting and select which payment method you like to accept to receive payments

IX-Sexual oriented items

1-Sexually-oriented adult material
We allow to sale sexually-oriented material to people 18 years old and over, The item can be listing only in : Everything Else > Adult Only category.
It is you responsibility follow any applicable laws or shipping restrictions for adult material.
2-Sexual Wellness Category in Heath
-The item can be listing only in:  Health>Health Care>Sexual Wellness category

3-Follow these requirements to listing Items in Health>Health Care>Sexual Wellness
-Items can't be modeled on a real person or mannequin
-Listings can't use bad words or language
-Items must be new, in their original packaging
-Listings can't contain images of nudity
 

X-Beer, Liquor, Wine & Cigars

  1-Sellers
We do allow you to list items in Beer, liquor & Wine category as long as:

-Sellers follow federal, state, local, and other applicable laws and regulations. These members must carry the required license to sell and ship these products,
-Before List a product in this category the seller has to make the registration and contacting us to send a copy of your alcohol (Liquor) and/or wine license
-The seller has to pay an initial fee (Click here to see fees)  to list in Beer, liquor wine category and Cigar categories

2-Pre-Approved  Sellers:
 Mulasa will place an Licensed sticker in the listing to let the buyer know that the seller has license to sell alcohol & wine

3-Buyers
In order to purchase a drink that contains alcohol (Beer, liquor & Wine) on Mulasa from pre-approved Sellers, buyers must meet the following requirements:
-Buyer has to be at least 21 years old
-Make sure that the transaction follows all interstate commerce laws, including all laws around shipping 
-Buyer assures that these items (Beer, Liquor, Wine) bought on Mulasa  will not be  used by people under  age 21 (under 21 years old)

XI-Medical Products:

-Prescription drug or Rx medicines, controlled substances and related items are not allowed
-Disposable syringes and needles can be listed, but Syringes and needles can't be in the same listing


XII-Hazardous Materials
-Hazardous products allowed for the law can be sold in Mulasa , The sellers have to follow the State and Federal law to sell and shipping hazardous materials

Not allowed
- Radioactive materials can't be listed on Mulasa
-Information on how to make explosive devices like bombs Not allow on Mulasa

XIII-Offensive material
-We don't allow items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial, sexual, or religious intolerance, or promote organizations with such views. We'll also remove listings that graphically portray graphic violence or victims of violence, unless they have substantial social, artistic, or political value.

-Unlimited free listing
-Sell and buy free of change ( except some categories like: Vehicles, Cigar, Wine, beer, liquor, real estate
-It is required the seller pay the insertion fees before in the categoies that applied it )
- Avoidance of fees:  Listing an item and then offering additional identical items for sale outside of Mulasa is not allowed., your listing will be removed and your account can be closed
-We will take actions against the violators such as deleting the Listings and Account
-Members can't use systems or techniques to avoid paying Mulasa fees , We will take actions against the violators such as deleting the Listings and Account

XV-Violation and Behaviors

1-Reporting inappropriate buying and selling
-If you see a listing you think violates a policy click Report Broken Listing on the Left side of the listing page, explain the violation or problem with the specific listing We’ll review your report and take appropriate action.

2-Contact information and identity behaviors
-Members must be 18 years of age or older.
-Members can't pretend to be Mulasa employees or other Mulasa members.
-Members can have multiple user IDs, those user IDs can't interact with one another.
-Member with multiples IDs can’t buy their own Items or leave Feedback or comments on their
  own profile
-Members can't falsify or not include contact information.
-Members must always have a valid, working Phone #, email address associated with their account.

3- Other Violations
-Members aren't allowed to demand goods, services, or positive Feedback
-Members aren't allowed Using bad, abusive, intimidating language in text, messages or feedback
-We don't allow unfair behavior from buyers, Example making unreasonable demands of sellers -Members can't offer to buy or sell a listed item outside of Mulasa
-Members must pay for items that they purchase. If you're a seller and a buyer hasn't paid for an
  item after 2 days  then report the buyer contacting us
-Sellers need to follow our rules for listings and can't list prohibited items.
-Members can't offer to buy or sell a listed item outside of Mulasa.
-Members can't use systems or techniques to avoid paying Mulasa fees.
-Members can't interfere with the Mulasa site and can only add or change content in areas designated for member use.
-Members can't publish the contact information of another member.
-Members can't send unsolicited or commercial messages to other members.Z
-Violation of our policies, rules and user agreement.

XVI-Complain and Investigation

-The sellers are completely responsible for the legality of any item you offer for sale on Mulasa   (Include Item, title, photos, descriptions, and every word using in each listing)
If your item or listing violates our policy or the Law the listing will be removed from Mulasa

1-Investigation
-After we finish the investigation, the results will be informed in detail to the users implicit in the case
-Before we take action against a member, we consider all details of the violation and member's record, our actions can be different including
- Limiting member’s privileges
- Removing listings
-Account suspension. Out of fairness to our members,

NOTE:
-Seller and Buyer have to send proof about the complaint.
-If the complaint can't be proven, we will not take action in the case2-Cancel an order
A-Buyer want to cancel the order:
Contact seller explain the situation and reason to cancel the order.

Results:
1- The seller is accepting return: Buyer send the package back, after the seller receive it,  the seller have to refund the money, Case Closed
2-The seller is not accepting return : then contact us with details of the transaction

We will investigate the case and  with the evidential and proof offered by seller and buyer  we will give the right solution

Examples:
Decision 1: Favor to the seller:
The buyer cannot return the item and cannot claim to the payment gateway , If the buyer doesn’t follow our solution we will take actions against the buyer  such as:
1-Closing the account
2-Blocking his/her access to be a member of our website
3-Other actions can be take

Decision 2: Favor to the buyer:
The buyer has to return the Item and the seller after receiving it has to refund the money,  If the seller doesn’t accept our decision then the buyer has to claim the case to the payment gateway (Paypal, etc) . We will take action against the seller depending of different factors, the actions can include:

1- Limiting member’s privileges
2- Removing listings
3- Account suspension.
4-Blocking his/her access to be a member of our website
5-Other actions can be taking

3-Pay an item
In general, we expect the buyer pay to the seller as soon as possible and no later than 2 days after you buy an item. -If buyer doesn’t pay for an item within 2 days, the seller should contact Mulasa with details to open a case, we will take actions.  Buyer has 2 days to pay and resolve the matter after the case opens. Contact your seller right away with any questions about payment.
-If the buyer still doesn’t pay, we record the unpaid item on the buyer account. We may also place restrictions on your account; if the situation is recurring then your account will be close
-Keep in mind that the seller can't remove the unpaid item in the buyer account; buyer need to contact us directly.

Reason for not paying an item
-The seller changed product, price, shipping costs, or payment method after the sale.
-The seller account was closed or suspended
-I didn't buy the item.( proof required)

XVII-Feedback:

With this system buyers and sellers use to rae their experience with other Mulasa members. Once a transaction has been completed both the buyer and seller can choose to leave a rating for the other party. This rating consists of selecting an overall preset experience rating of positive, neutral or negative. Member can also leave a sentence comment about the other member or transaction. A user's feedback can be seeing for other Mulasa visitors and members.

-Buyers aren't allowed  to extortion or manipulate the seller with the feedback
-Sellers aren't allowed to demand positive Feedback from buyers.
-Members (Users) aren't allowed to exchange Feedback for the sole purpose of increasing Feedback scores
-Buyers aren't allowed to attempt to damage a seller's Feedback making repetitive purchases to intent to leave negative comments or feedback
-Buyers aren’t allow to demand a Positive Feedback such as condition to sell an Item 

NOTE:
Ratings and comments are part of a member's Feedback Profile for a time.
We usually not remove feedback , there in some circumstances where we can analyze the situation and taking proofs from members and will considerate remove a specific feedback

XVIII-Return:
If you accept returns, a buyer can return an item for many reasons, including when they change their mind about a purchase—as long as the return meets the return requirements
It is good idea accepts returns—it helps increase buyer confidence & satisfaction.
In the return field the seller must specified the return option, buyer must agree with the return before buy an item
 
Return Options: 
 -15 days money back or item replacement (buyer’s choice), buyer pays return shipping
 -30 days money back or item replacement (buyer’s choice), buyer pays return shipping
 -No return accepted: The buyer could still return the item if it doesn't match the listing's description
